SAM THE ILLUSIONIST CHANNELED THE GALACTICS ON WHY WE SHOULD NOT DRINK MILK

Sam the Illusionist channeled the Galactics on why we should not drink milk, cows, sheep and goats. He said it lowers your vibration. Which must include cheese. I know drinking homogenized cows milk wars with the plasmologen, and the calcium is too heavy for us. I only drink Simple Truth vanilla almond milk. Which begs the question, does eating meat lower your vibration and maybe turn people into animals. Anyone with a long history of lifetimes after lifetimes of living have an answer?

What a lovely first class. I really appreciate Ismael teaching us about meditation. It really can change your life. I've been practicing for many years and have been richly blessed by my practice. Now I'm learning to make my life a living meditation and prayer. I haven't gotten there yet but there are chunks of the day that feel quite different than the rest of my day only because I am conscious of the presence of my higher self with me and co-creating my life with me in every moment. It was so nice to see all of you who are following this path. Blessings to all!

I am a regular listener of Nino's Corner. Ishmael was being interviewed. My intuition is telling me that this is exactly what I have been trying to figure out about the connection with Jesus and all this crazy stuff that has been hidden from us. I have been a Christian since I was 9. I was religious in my early days but now I am more spiritual but I do realize Jesus is my saviour. Looking forward to more wisdom.

Up-date: Your email was in my spam. I finally figured it out. I'm waiting to get into the class, but I am not being accepted into the class. I signed up for Ascension Basics 1 and am supposed to be in the class right now; thirteen mins. ago it started. I have no information as to how to join the meeting. I pulled up my zoom, but I have to have a meeting passcode. I don't have one. Where do I connect.

I put a post out there that didn't get approved and that was ok with me. I was in a dark place. I had been listening to all the bad stuff our gov was doing and just couldn't get it off my mind. I am so much better now. I just had my chakras cleared and that really helped me. Thanks to Carole for that one.

I am enjoying the class on Ascension. I did copy off that Archangel Michael's meditation word for word when I thought there was no hope of taking your class because of work, but the breathing technique you teach helps control the river of the thought process and to be in your center where ascension is.
