On Monday, Ismael said we will not eat on level 5, but can go down to level 4 if we want to eat. Is this true? I have a protein shake, yogurt, V8 and fresh fruit every day. If we don't eat on level 5, I will be doing cheeseburgers, chocolate and pizza between now and the ascension, in addition to the healthy stuff.

Is Ismael on tonight Saturday August 16? I haven't been getting my notifications from him since he got back from being blocked a few weeks ago. I've been finding announcements by googling after 7PM but that's not working tonight. If anyone has any information, please let me know.
