Hi I'm an 80 old great grandma. I live on a 14 acre farm so while I am retired I can't say I'm retired I work harder here than any job I ever had. We were hit by 4 hurricanes in 2 years so now my work load has tripled cutting and burning. The last one Helen took down both my barns we can't get into either of them it'll be another year before we can clear that area. But all in all I'm very thankful God watched over my house, cars, equipment and animals. (1) Deep Breaths slowly, exhale out the mouth.

(2) Start by spinning all 7 Chakras to the right clockwise and to the left. Do this for a

minute.

(3) Send love, gratitude, and appreciation to every part of your body, every cell of your

being, all 50 billion cells.

(4) Visualize a white light from the heart center of your being. Take a few minutes sending

(26) I want your guys to begin anchoring your 12 dimensional consciousness, your universal

consciousness into your universal body into your 11th Chakra collaping it with your Galatic Self.

(27) Use the third eye to visualize the integration of all 12 Chakras and after you collapse your universal

self with your Galactic self, bring in the 12 Chakras and the 11th Chakra and collapse it with the 10th

Chakra, which is your Nebulous Self.

(28) After collapsing your 12th Chakra into your 11th Chakra into your 10th Chakra and now begin to

collapse all three Chakras into your 9th Chakra which is your Solar Self while visualising yourself as a

Star.

(29) And now begin to collapse all four Chakras into the eighth Chakra which is your planetary self we

now we can begin to visualize all five outer Chakras being integrated into your seventh Chakra within your

body, and you see them all collapse as energies going down your body through the Root Chakra into the

(30) Begin to once again feel yourself as an individual unit of consciousness by therefore feeling your

Maybe the Problem is because I don't really understand this forum. I am a committed follower of Ismael and have met him on numerus occasions. My name is Victoria Celestin and I am a Research of Truth, World Server and likely of Lyra-Pleiadean-Sirius B-Arcturian. Hi everyone. I have been listening to the Ishmael's lives for several months. I have been uplifted by every one of them. Thank you so much, Ismael, for all the work you do and sharing your gifts. I have been awake since, I think right after 9/11. I was given my cosmic or soul name when I was driving my car. I was listening to a cassette tape that was talking about cosmic names, and I asked what my cosmic name was. My "I am" presence always responds to my questions instantly. I instantly heard a voice saying, "Ashenar". At that point I had never heard of Ashtar, so I didn't make it up. I know my twin flame or twin soul; whatever you want to refer to her as. Her name is Nyrah. We have both received confirmations that we are indeed twin flames. We are in touch, but we have chosen to stay with our 3D husband and wife. We will be together in due time. Currently we are not communicating much except to touch base. She lives in Scotland and is a retired hospice nurse and is currently taking very close care of her husband who is on his death bed with prostate cancer. By the way, I live in Arizona. She and I address each other as Ashenar and Nyrah. I want to talk about the thing that got me interested enough to listen to every word Ismael says. About 25 years ago before I went to bed I was praying. In my prayer I said, "Where am I going to be after this life. I know you know where I am going to be. Please show me." That night, in my sleep, I found myself in a powerful out-of-body experience. I have had many of them, enough to make it so I knew what was happening. I was traveling through time and space, and I found myself approaching a beautiful blue planet. As I got closer, I was looking at a lush green forest. As I came closer, I saw a white dome-shaped cottage with a patio. There was a man sitting with his legs crossed in mediation. He was wearing a white robe. He had black hair. I am going to share picture that looks just like him. I am a starseed. I am very close to Ashtar. I haven't channeled, even though I think I could if I knew how. I did channel my "I am" presence once just to try it, and I learned a lot in that experience. The thing that got me so interested in Ismael is how he describes 5D homes made of crystal. No one else that I have listened to talks about that. I have so much that I would like to share, but I will do that later.

I started having telepathic experiences in 2006. I haven't been able to control it. I have only had a handful of awkward experiences where I heard someone's thoughts and responded thinking they were saying it with their mouth. Just think about it. That was very awkward. I have had several memories of other lives. The strangest when I was a slave to reptilians and another when I was a flying creature who was fighting a flying reptilian in mid-air.

I haven't enrolled in classes yet. My wife and I are living on our social security and money is tight. I did enroll for Ismael's presentation this Saturday though, and I look forward to that.

Hello! I never heard of Ismael Perez and watched his Singularity Unleashed: A.I. the beast of revelations is here video from another website that I frequent. Wow! This was a great video and truly resonate with his information to what I've been reading and watching for years. When he mentioned Trump, Elon being clones, etc., immediately thought of Ben Fulford. I just find it so hard to believe there are 2/3 Trumps/Elons, but with the technology, anything is possible. I also wondered if AI was the Beast and it certainly makes sense. Regarding the 2 timelines, that I believe very much as I have been following Kerry K. about this to which she says the false matrix is (negative timeline) and divine matrix is (organic timeline). I've read books by Dolores Cannon, Dr. Michael Salla, Brian L. Weiss, Michael Newton and many others to get a better understanding of our purpose here and what happens when we ascend. For those of you working with - the Chakras.

Keep them - turning clockwise only.

Turning them anti-clockwise is very very negative energy, so - do not be surprised - if you feel tired or drained!

Struggling to cope!

Yes some family/friends’ can - and do drain our energy.

This is called vampiring!

Avoid them if you can.

However, be very very careful - you do not - blame a family member/friend - for feeling drained when - YOU - are doing it to yourself!

By turning your chakras anti-clockwise!

Anti-clockwise is negative, lowering your frequencies and vibrations!

Kundalini Energy is about - raising your frequency/vibration.

So you can access higher dimensions.

Opening The Third Eye.

Seeing into other dimensions.

Past loved ones.

Using meditation - with a white golden light frequency will energise you.

A light/medium/deep golden white light is cumulative.

Start with a light golden white light first.

Work it through your body.

Build it up slowly.

You can do this during meditation.

Watch the results over the coming months.

If you want to calm The Kundalini - visualise a Silver Light from the Third Eye area - over the top of the head, down the spine to the coccyx twice a day until it quietens. Do this twice.

One hand on top of the head, one hand base of spine.

Visualising - An amethyst light will also work.

Studying Jin Shin Jyutsu will also help you on the spiritual journey.

Learning how to ground yourself is key.

Using certain points on the body can do this.

Shoes off walking outside on the grass will also help.

Get out into nature as much as you can.

Every human on your planet is a multidimensional divine being. As a divine being you are powerful beyond measure, infinite in your knowing and awareness. However, as a divine being, when you choose to embody, you are required to match the energy and follow the laws of the 3D reality of this planet.

So when you as a divine being decide to take a physical form, the moment you take your first breath, you are required to match the vibrations or energy of this dimension. The energy of this dimension is a field of unconscious energy of limitations. So you as this divine being who are powerful beyond measure goes unconscious and is programmed with limitations.

Many humans will stay unconscious of their power to create and live their experience from this limited awareness. When an earthwalker awakens and realizes who they are, they began to grasp that they are creating their reality, things begin to change. They step into their power.They also perceive how easy it is to match the unconscious energy field. They begin to understand when they go unconscious and act with automatic programming. This can be a very slippery slope. It is like us telling a fish, swimming in water, don’t get wet. The goal is to shift out of this unconscious state of being as quickly as possible.

A divine being decides to come into this dimension to transform misqualified and negative energy and to practice using their awareness to create their physical existence. And what better place to practice creating your real life than in an energy field of unconscious limitations. Quantum physics says that as you go deeper into the working of the atom, you see that there is nothing there, just energy waves. Energy is the currency of the universe. You live in a vibrational universe. Nothing rests. Everything moves. Everything vibrates. At the most fundamental level the Universe, and everything which comprises it, is pure vibratory energy manifesting itself in different ways. The Universe has an agreement to manifest your focus.

Matter in merely energy in a state of vibration. Energy is a spiritual currency. So remember everything you give your attention to, you purchase with your energy! Remember energy is the currency of the Universe. When you “pay” attention to something, you buy that experience. When you focus your consciousness of anything or anyone who disturbs you, you have just given your personal energy to that that situation or person. You have empowered that situation or person.

We can give you an example of a current event that has just occurred in an election. This election was very polarized. The citizens of the country had very strong opinions about the outcome of this election. What most citizens did not realize, when they used their energy to focus on the one they did not want, the one they disliked, they were giving or feeding their energy to that candidate as their energy/vote. What you focus on you create. It seems this candidate understands energy manipulations. They understand it doesn’t matter if is negative or positive energy, it is energy and they wanted the energy. So this negative focused energy by the collective minds tipped the scale and the candidate they opposed won the election.

You can become aware and selective of where you place your focus. Because that is what you are spending your energy in creation. Worry is using your energy thoughts on the things you do not want to happen.

When you are worried about a loved one, safety, health, behavior or addictions you are adding to their situation in a negative manner. The best way to support them is to see them doing well, recovering, and being safe. See them at their best, laughing, calling you with good news. They feel your energy and it supports their well being and healing. When you worry they feel that negative vibration directed toward them as well.

It is important to be selective and shift your focus to the things that you desire to create. The things that enrich your life and raise your vibrations. This is where the focus of intention is most powerful. When you state an intention your mental focused energy is sending a message to the quantum field, this invisible field will respond and answer that intention. When you can state an intention and keep your energy focused it will manifest in your reality or life. You become the creator of what you experience and what you desire. Or you create the very reality that you are worried about.

This is how you go about creating the events in your life. The more you practice this ability of focused intention the quicker those intentions will manifest. Your worry or negative thoughts are only sloppy intentions.

Watch what you give your attention or intention to. Make a game of this. The individual known as Mother Teresa stated “I am not opposed to war I direct my energy for peace.” She understood the power of your thoughts, and emotions. Another example of the collection misdirected focus is the War on Drugs. That directed focus has only increased the situation of drugs, it has not eliminated them in any way. The more you focus on a negative issue or situation the more it increases.

The more you complain about a neighbor or a co-worker the more they do the things that annoy you. The more you focus on the issue of your health or the bills remember you are giving these very issues your energy, you are feeding them and they continue to get worst.

Instead make an intention that my health continues to improve. It is my intention and I am grateful that I pay my bills on time easily. It is my intention and I am grateful that my co-worker and I find a place of harmony. You will begin to see the results of this conscious shift in how you use your personal energy and focus. You will be amazed at the results and the miracles that will begin to manifest in your life. Be patient with yourself.

Re-set, re-adjust, re-start and re-focus as many times as you need to. Step into your personal power of awareness and focused consciousness in the use of your attention and energy. We will continue to support you and remind you of this truth. the ‘team’
